Welcome to Mikro. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the application following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
To use certain features of the application, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or if you have violated these Terms of Service.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the application ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the application.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Mikro includes an AI-powered assistant called "Mikro Brain" that helps you manage tasks, take notes, create tasks, select tasks for prioritization, summarize information, and provide general AI-powered suggestions.
By using Mikro Brain, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your input data, including tasks, notes, and descriptions, may be processed by third-party AI services to provide the requested functionality
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate or complete
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content
Your use of Mikro Brain is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party AI service providers we use
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Mikro Brain features at any time without prior notice.
We retain your active tasks and associated data for as long as your account is active. However, completed tasks are automatically deleted from our systems after one (1) year from the date of completion.
This deletion policy applies to:
Task content and descriptions
Task metadata (deadlines, labels, priorities, etc.)
Subtask information
Task-related notes and comments
Once a completed task has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting or backing up any important task data before it reaches the one-year retention period.
Active (incomplete) tasks are retained indefinitely until you delete them or close your account, subject to our account termination policies.
You agree not to:
Use the application for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or other user accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the application
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Use automated systems or software to extract data from the application
The application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mikro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the application.
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the application is free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
